Lead Our Team as a Sales Agent

PASSARO is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our organization. As a leader, you will be responsible for learning our process, developing relationships with existing and new clients, and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities.
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
