Job Description

Andersen Corporation is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and excellence in our Area Sales team. As a Sales Leadership Position, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of account managers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop direct reports to achieve sales goals and improve performance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform decision-making
  • Lead change initiatives and drive adoption of new sales processes and technologies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales performance
  • Strong coaching and development skills to drive team success
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze complex sales data and develop insights to inform decision-making
