About the Role

Solutions Through Innovative Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cyber Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision to effectively manage cyber operations within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Develop and implement program strategies to ensure the effective management of cyber operations, including the development of proposed responses for tasks, coordination with subject matter experts, and submission of program responses.
  • Technical Writing and Management: Provide technical writing and management support to the Correspondence Analyst Task Tracker and Executive Secretariat Support Team, including the assignment, review, routing, responding, and clearing of complex tasks in a high-volume, short-suspense environment.
  • Document Preparation and Meeting Coordination: Prepare documents in support of the front office and branches, schedule meetings with each program office, capture meeting minutes and action items, distribute action items to participants, and document the resolution of action items.
  • Process Development and Implementation: Assist in the development of standardized office policies, processes, and procedures, and assist in the development and implementation of processes that track all correspondence, deliverables, action items, and issues.
  • Project Planning and Organization: Assist in planning and organizing project-related meetings, including scheduling meetings, capturing action items, documenting meeting minutes, and distributing minutes to attendees and/or Integrated Project Team members.
  • Collaboration Environment Support: Provide SME support for the development and maintenance of collaboration environments, including the Government's organization Microsoft SharePoint environment, functionality, content management, and training.
  • Presentation and Briefing Support: Provide SME support for the planning and development of senior-level presentations and briefings.
  • Office Coordination: Provide office coordination support, including office logistics planning, space/facilities planning for offices and geographically dispersed stakeholder operation centers, emergency preparedness, and new employee orientation.
  • Classified Briefings: Provide support for classified briefings in classified workspaces, including tracking minutes and meeting participants, milestone schedule achievements and deliverables, and briefings as requested for new initiatives and projects.
  • Task Management and Reporting: Provide resources and support the management and completion of internal and external taskings and reporting.
  • Integrated Operations Coordination: Support Integrated Operations coordination efforts, including deliberate planning analysis, course of action (COA) development, and essential task management across multiple branches.
  • Special Event Support: Provide special event SME support during agency-wide mission execution.
  • Joint Planning and Future Initiative Support: Provide SME support for joint planning and future initiative requirement gathering and analysis.
  • Operational Data Support: Provide day-to-day operational data support for various projects, functions, and stakeholders through intake triage, assignment, and tracking processes.
  • Outreach Event Coordination: Provide support for outreach event coordination, tracking, and execution, including sector events and regional listening sessions, for official records.
  • Information Task Flow Coordination: Coordinate information tasks flow between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cyber Defense Planning: Support operational planning through coordination of integrated execution of cyber defense plans to strengthen cyber resiliency.
  • CISA, I&A, and NSA Discussions: Provide coordinating efforts for the ongoing CISA, Intelligence and Analysis (I&A), and National Security Agency (NSA) discussions for high-side data sharing.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience managing or directing an organizational program involving support operational planning through coordination of integrated execution of cyber defense plans, TS/SCI, and a background in a relevant field such as computer science, information security, or cybersecurity.
  • Desired Qualifications: Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are encouraged.
