Job Overview

OCT Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cyber Program Manager to support the CISA Cybersecurity Division (CSD). The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision to manage cyber operations within CSD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cyber security policies, procedures, and standards to protect the organization's systems, networks, and data from cyber threats.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of security controls to safeguard the organization's infrastructure and applications.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in the organization's systems and applications.
  • Develop and manage incident response plans and procedures to address cyber security incidents and breaches.
Requirements
  • At least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience working in a similar role on a full-time basis.
  • Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience in managing or directing an organizational cyber program involving support operational planning through coordination of integrated execution of cyber defense plans.
  • Master's degree in a related field (such as, but not limited to Computer sciences, information security, or cyber security).
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are encouraged.
  • Demonstrated expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (to include PowerPoint, Visio, Project, OneNote, SharePoint, Power BI).
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must hold a current DoD Top Secret Clearance.
