Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regional Vice President of Human Resources to lead our HR function across a diverse region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance, ensuring that talent strategies align with the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead HR strategy across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs
- Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws
- Provide guidance and support to HR managers across the region
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR goals with business strategies
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; master's preferred
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience with regional or multi-location HR operations
