  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls as needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, creating a positive environment for patients.
  • Collaborate effectively with the medical team to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal care delivery.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and retrieval.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software programs quickly.
