Responsibilities:- Warmly greet patients and guide them through registration procedures, collecting necessary information and verifying insurance details.
- Assist patients in completing all required forms and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, providing information about medical office policies, procedures, and treatment options.
- Schedule patient appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of physician time and minimizing reschedules.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls as needed.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, maintaining a clear understanding of billing procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, creating a positive environment for patients.
- Collaborate effectively with the medical team to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal care delivery.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and retrieval.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software programs quickly.
