- No felony convictions, and no misdemeanor convictions that may be disqualifying
- Valid picture ID, such as a driver's license or state-issued ID
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English
- Vision correctable to at least 20/30, with glasses or hard lenses minimum 20/100 uncorrected
