- Not be subject to a court order that restrains the person from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child of such intimate partner.
- Not be prohibited by state or federal law from owning, possessing, or carrying a firearm.
- Not be required to register as a convicted sex offender.
Work is conducted both indoors in an office setting and periodically in the field. Work involves the use of standard office equipment, such as a computer, phone, and copier, as well as specialized equipment such as firearms, hand-held weapons, and speed detection devices.
