About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Service Leader to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing sales and service experiences that meet Sephora's high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and service strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Support and coach team members in selling, service, and operations to ensure they excel in their roles.
  • Ensure compliance with store standards and maintain a professional environment.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company goals.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Prior leadership experience in retail sales or services, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities and customer needs.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours and consistent attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
