Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team at Bennett Awards. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and develop sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with designers and manufacturers to develop client proposals and ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support Account Directors and senior Account Managers on project-related tasks.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous sales and/or client service experience.
  • High-energy, positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Keen eye for good design and computer-savvy skills.
  • Bachelor of Arts degree in a related field.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base pay of $22/hour.
  • Eligibility for paid vacation and profit-sharing program after a three-month probationary period.
  • Approximately 30 hours per week to start, with potential for expansion as the candidate gains experience.
