Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CDL driver to join our team as a Route Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safely operating a commercial vehicle, managing customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a commercial vehicle and perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Efficiently manage customer relationships and deliver products to customers within established routes, with an average of 50+ stops per day.
  • Use a handheld system to key transactions, manage customer data, and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage inventory and balance daily route activities to ensure optimal delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Complete service calls and resolve customer issues to develop strong relationships with our customers.
  • Protect company assets, including collecting equipment and customer payments, and identify opportunities to acquire new customers to support route growth.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Hold a valid CDL Class B license.
  • Ability to adhere to Primo Water's Motor Vehicle Policy and meet ongoing federal DOT physical requirements and testing.
  • Basic computer/data entry skills and math abilities.
  • Customer service and sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 60 lbs.
  • Ability to climb stairs.
  • Some traveling required based on company needs.
