Executive Chef

As a key member of our culinary team, the successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cooks and other kitchen associates to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Develop and implement recipes, menus, and production schedules to meet customer demands and maintain quality standards.
- Conduct regular inventory and ordering of food and supplies to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- A competitive hourly rate of $30.00.
