Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee relationships with third-party hotel management companies.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate potential investment opportunities during the underwriting phase.
  • Support and enhance joint venture partnerships across various sectors.
  • Generate and assist in the preparation of reports related to all assets, joint ventures, and the budgeting process.
  • Contribute to all phases of transaction pursuits and due diligence, including the creation of Investment Committee documentation and coordination of due diligence efforts.
  • Conduct sensitivity analyses and discounted cash flow assessments.
  • Track and report on asset and portfolio performance to optimize returns for stakeholders.
  • Engage in any additional financial and joint venture-related tasks as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, specifically within the hospitality sector.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or mathematics is preferred.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on fostering growth and innovation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Yardi and ARGUS software is advantageous.
