Crosby Marketing Communications is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Account Executive to support our account, creative, and earned media teams in the planning and day-to-day implementation of national, integrated communications programs and campaigns for leading government agencies and causes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to support communications planning and strategy development
- Coordinate and manage projects with internal teams, including creative, social, digital, and PR teams
- Monitor media coverage and support media engagement efforts
- Provide campaign implementation and evaluation support, including data analysis and reporting
- Assist with account management, including meeting coordination, client communications, and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field with up to 1-2 years of experience
- Strong project management, research, and writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to effectively juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and energy to support fellow team members
- Internships or prior experience in an ad/PR/marketing agency a plus
- Demonstrated interest in public health or other public cause efforts a plus
