  • Engages in fiduciary decision-making by implementing the terms of any plan or document where PNC acts as trustee, guardian, or agent. Manages complex fiduciary accounts and high-profile relationships while ensuring adherence to all legal and fiduciary standards.
  • Delivers comprehensive fiduciary services to enhance business growth and ensure an outstanding client experience. Oversees assigned accounts in accordance with legal documents, state regulations, and internal policies.
  • Addresses risk management and resolves legal and compliance issues for assigned accounts. Maintains open communication with clients, proactively solving problems and addressing any concerns.
  • Enhances and manages assets under care by collaborating with clients, beneficiaries, and advisors. Conducts meetings with clients to identify additional banking products and services as potential sales opportunities. Builds a network through community involvement and referrals from existing clients.
  • Tailors client communications and presentations to provide fiduciary guidance. Introduces planning concepts to meet client needs for assigned accounts. Leads team members in conducting analyses and preparing recommendations for senior management review. Acts as a subject matter expert for the fiduciary team and market leadership.
