Responsabilidades Clave

  • Asistir en los esfuerzos de branding según se solicite y asegurar una representación de marca consistente y profesional en todos los materiales de marketing.
  • Apoyar campañas de retención y adquisición de clientes y actualizar de manera precisa los registros de empresas, contactos, proyectos y tareas en los flujos de trabajo de marketing y base de datos CRM.
  • Colaborar eficazmente con equipos internos y socios externos para iniciativas de marketing integradas según se solicite.
  • Coordinar, ejecutar y rastrear actividades de marketing, entregables y/o proyectos estableciendo hitos para cumplir con plazos y presupuestos establecidos con supervisión mínima.
  • Producir contenido escrito y diseño gráfico efectivo y profesional para propuestas, artículos, materiales y comunicaciones bajo supervisión, según se asigne.
  • Realizar tareas básicas de redes sociales, incluyendo investigación de contenido y fotografía para apoyar los objetivos de marketing según se asigne, con supervisión mínima.
  • Apoyar la coordinación y ejecución de eventos y participar según se solicite para mejorar la visibilidad y el compromiso de la marca.
  • Identificar y compartir mejores prácticas para apoyar el éxito del equipo.
  • Apoyar el desarrollo del plan de marketing anual según se solicite.
  • Realizar investigaciones de marketing según se asigne.
  • Asegurar que las actividades de marketing cumplan con los estándares regulatorios.
  • Apoyar la implementación de mejores prácticas para optimizar las operaciones de marketing.
  • Realizar otras tareas según se asigne.
  • Esta posición no es facturable. Las actividades no facturables incluyen reuniones de empresa y equipo, desarrollo profesional, participación comunitaria, tiempo de innovación, actividades de cultura y compromiso, aprendizaje y capacitación.

Habilidades y Experiencia Preferidas

  • Título universitario en marketing, comunicaciones, diseño gráfico o equivalente.
  • 2-4 años de experiencia en Marketing. La experiencia en AEC es un plus.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Conocimiento competente de Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam y Adobe.
  • Comprensión competente de software de diseño, publicación de escritorio y presentación: Adobe Creative Suite y Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Conocimiento de principios de diseño gráfico y técnicas de comunicación visual.
  • Gran atención al detalle.
  • Organizado, capaz de gestionar múltiples tareas y entregables de manera efectiva.
  • Realiza el trabajo de manera efectiva con orientación y supervisión.
  • Licencia de conducir válida y seguro de automóvil para posibles necesidades de viaje.

Requisitos Físicos

  • Se requiere estar de pie, caminar y sentarse.
  • La posición puede requerir una visita ocasional a sitios de proyectos.
  • La posición requiere un rango normal de audición.
  • El empleado debe ser capaz de levantar 20 lbs. ocasionalmente.
  • Se requiere estar sentado por períodos prolongados con el 15% del tiempo dedicado a doblar y alcanzar.
  • Debe tener la destreza manual suficiente para operar un teclado de computadora y una calculadora.
  • Los niveles de ruido son consistentes con un entorno de oficina estándar.
