Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Salary: $17 - $18 per hour
Position Summary:
We are in search of a proactive and goal-oriented Telemarketing Specialist to enhance our operations in Mesa, AZ. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional communication abilities, a professional demeanor, and the capacity to manage a high volume of outbound calls effectively.
Primary Duties:
- Initiate outbound calls to both prospective and current clients.
- Market and promote products or services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and furnish information regarding products or services.
- Maintain and update accurate records in the customer database.
- Meet daily and weekly calling objectives.
- Adhere to call scripts and sales protocols.
- Exhibit a positive and professional attitude consistently.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a call center or sales role is advantageous.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with computer systems and CRM applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time role with flexible availability needed from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Competitive compensation of $17 - $18 per hour, based on experience.
