Position Summary

Dwyer Restoration, a growing residential restoration and remodeling firm, is seeking a qualified construction Project Supervisor. In this pivotal role, you will manage all facets of project development, coordinating personnel, processes, and resources to ensure successful and timely project completion. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, resourceful, and possess a proven history of success in project management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the prompt and profitable delivery of services aimed at restoring clients' properties to their pre-damage state, minimizing repair times and downtime.
  • Adhere to job scopes as per Xactimate, ensuring all work meets company standards.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare project budgets in advance.
  • Distribute purchase orders to all relevant trades and vendors.
  • Oversee and schedule all assigned internal tradespeople.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and utilize personal protective equipment when necessary.
  • Identify and document potential supplements and change orders.
  • Confidently manage projects with budgets up to $1,000,000.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar capacity is preferred.
  • Proficient in basic computer software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong technical skills in software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.
  • OSHA certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
