Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient and profitable delivery of services aimed at restoring properties to their pre-damage state, minimizing repair time and costs.
  • Oversee job scope compliance, ensuring all tasks meet company standards.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare preliminary budgets for projects.
  • Distribute purchase orders to all involved trades and vendors.
  • Manage and schedule internal tradespeople as required.
  • Uphold a professional appearance and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Identify and document potential change orders and additional costs.
  • Effectively manage projects with budgets up to $1,000,000.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong technical proficiency in software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • IICRC certifications are a plus but not essential.
  • OSHA certifications are also preferred but not required.
