Syntagma Group is a leading provider of IT services to the hospitality and real estate industries. We are seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to join our IT team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide level 1/2 IT troubleshooting and support for internal clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Configure, install, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
  • Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within the network.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, changes, and issues.

**Requirements**

  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Administration, or relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA).
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong background in network administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and non-technical end users.

**What We Offer**

  • A full-time position with on-site requirements 5 days a week.
  • Local travel to satellite office locations is required and reimbursed.
