The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team. As a BDR, you'll play a critical role in developing pipelines and scheduling meetings with organizations looking to embed banking infrastructure into their offerings.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you'll be responsible for identifying quality leads, qualifying prospects, and setting initial meetings. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify and engage with potential clients.
  2. Qualify and set initial meetings with inbound leads, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  3. Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, setting the tone for all future interactions.
  4. Partner with our leadership team to refine our sales process and drive business growth.
  5. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to inform product strategy and drive innovation.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in sales and a passion for fintech. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in complex technical sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivation, passion, and energy, coupled with a strong work ethic.
Compensation

The base salary for this role is $70,000, with additional benefits and potential equity or variable compensation. The final offer will be determined by factors including experience level, expertise, and location.
