Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Intern to join our team at BorgWarner. As an HRIS Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the administration of our HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and providing exceptional support to our HR staff and end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform monthly data quality audits in Workday to ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data.
  • Work with large data sets in Excel to manipulate and analyze data, providing insights to support business decisions.
  • Assist with mass data uploads into the Workday system, ensuring seamless data integration.
  • Support the maintenance of HRIS training materials, ensuring that all employees have the necessary knowledge to effectively use our HR systems.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall efficiency of our HR operations.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in a Computer Information Systems or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a flexible schedule to accommodate classes.
