Position Summary
The Lead Valve Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the activities of team members to guarantee that tasks are executed safely, accurately, and within the designated timeframe.

Key Responsibilities
1. Interpret written and verbal instructions, sketches, and blueprints to effectively coordinate the efforts of assigned personnel, equipment, and tools.
2. Conduct quality inspections of all work to ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications.
3. Provide assistance to team members in the execution of their assigned responsibilities.
4. Analyze and resolve issues related to work processes.
5. Review materials received at the job site to confirm accuracy and quality.
6. Inspect equipment to ensure it is in proper working order.
7. Maintain accurate records of time and production metrics.
8. Communicate and enforce company policies and safety regulations to team members.
9. Assess schedules and estimate labor hours required for project completion.
10. Prepare cost estimates for contracts as needed.
11. Establish and modify work sequences to align with consumption schedules, utilizing knowledge of equipment capacities and personnel capabilities.
12. Uphold and adhere to all safety and project regulations while performing additional duties as required.

Job Requirements
- Ability to follow both oral and written instructions.
- Proficient in understanding blueprints, sketches, and plans.
- Capable of planning work and activities effectively.
- Evaluate information against measurable standards.
- Work within precise limits or accuracy standards.
- Apply basic mathematical skills accurately.
- Identify and differentiate sizes, shapes, and forms of various objects.
- Strong reading and writing skills.
- Recognize and report potential safety hazards.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma required.
- Candidates should possess a two-year associate degree related to the relevant craft or equivalent industry certifications.

Additional Requirements
- Must be able to pass a urinalysis and background check.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry is required.
- Familiarity with technical manuals and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite for report writing.
- Effective communication skills in a technical environment and ability to operate necessary power tools.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various sites as needed.
- Typical work schedule is 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime during peak seasons.
