Position: Lead Chemical Production Operator
Shift: 2nd shift / Monday to Friday / 3:45 PM - 12:15 AM
Salary: $22 - $25 per hour
Compensation varies based on chemical expertise.
Location: Greenville / Piedmont Area

* Higher compensation available for Chemical Level 2 upon promotion.
Essential Chemical Experience Required
In this dynamic work environment, you will supervise the processing of various chemicals, transforming raw materials into finished products. As the Lead Chemical Production Operator, you will manage a range of chemical reactors and support utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hazardous and non-hazardous chemical handling.
- Adhere to batch sheet recipes and meticulously document all activities.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections, maintaining and cleaning assigned machinery and work areas.
- Operate forklifts as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience with chemicals and batch processing.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Able to work 8-10 hour shifts.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Previous forklift operation experience.
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions.
- Must wear a respirator and other protective gear.

- A minimum of two years of experience as a chemical operator, preferably with reactors.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A proven track record of meeting challenging goals.
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a team and work autonomously.
- Strong communication skills with all site personnel, including leadership.
