CHEMICAL OPERATOR SHIFT LEAD
2nd shift  / Mon to Fri /  3:45 pm - 12:15 am
$22- $25
Depending on Chemical Experience*
Greenville / Piedmont Area

CHEMICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

In this fast-paced work environment, you will oversee the reaction of multiple chemicals from building blocks to finished products. As the Chemical Operator Shift Lead you will work with an array of chemical reactors as well as support utilities. 

Chemical Operator Shift Lead Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling of hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals
  • Follow batch sheet recipes and carefully document activities.
  • Inspect equipment daily for pre-shift inspection, maintain and clean assigned machine/equipment/area.
  • Operate forklift.

Chemical Operator Shift Lead Job Requirements:

  • Experience working with Chemicals and Batch Tickets
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Be able to work an 8-10 hour shift
  • lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Previous forklift experience
  • Work in hot/cold/humid environment
  • Wear a respirator and other Protective Equipment

  • 1 or more years of supervisory experience
  • 2 or more years for chemical operator experience (preferrably with reactors)
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and self-start
  • History of meeting challenging objectives preferred
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually
  • Ability to communicate with all members of the site, including leadership
