- Offer Preparation and Invoicing: Assist in the preparation of offers, invoices, and delivery notes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Schedule Planning and Coordination: Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the business development team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Personnel Management and Organization: Support the management of personnel, including maintaining employee records, coordinating training, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Financial Management: Monitor incoming payments, manage the reminder process, and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Procurement and Inventory Management: Source and procure office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure efficient use of company resources.
Requirements:
- Commercial Apprenticeship: Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
- Office Management Experience: Professional experience in office management, preferably in a business development or operations role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Communication and Teamwork Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
