Antal International Network is looking for a detail-oriented and resilient Operations Supervisor to manage extensive production activities in a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple production shifts, leading a workforce of around 150 employees, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and achieving production goals.
The primary focus of this role is to identify an exceptional people manager who can drive operational excellence and demonstrate a proactive and energetic approach.
Key Duties:
- Direct and oversee all production functions across various shifts, ensuring seamless operations and optimal efficiency.
- Coordinate and mentor production personnel, offering support and direction to shift leaders.
- Formulate and execute production timelines to meet objectives and deadlines, ensuring effective resource utilization.
- Assess production workflows and implement enhancements to boost productivity and minimize waste.
- Guarantee compliance with quality benchmarks and establish quality assurance protocols.
- Manage stock levels and collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Quickly identify and address production challenges, reducing downtime and interruptions.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Generate and present production analytics, evaluating performance metrics and proposing improvement strategies.
- Cultivate a positive and cooperative workplace atmosphere, encouraging teamwork and employee involvement.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, ideally within a high-output manufacturing environment, with a preference for industries such as beverages, steel, chemicals, automotive, or packaging.
- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification is advantageous.- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage stress effectively.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with production methodologies, quality assurance, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in production management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Environment:
- This is a full-time role. Proficiency in English at a conversational level is essential.
- Flexibility to work extended hours to oversee multiple production shifts.
