Process Automation Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Process Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing automated processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for automation and improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for automation solutions.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive automation strategy aligned with organizational goals, including detailed project plans, timelines, resources, and ROI for automation initiatives.
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and other relevant technologies.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of automation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Monitor the performance of automated processes and systems to ensure they meet business objectives and deliver expected benefits.
- Continuously optimize and enhance automation solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for automation processes, including design specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Prepare and present regular reports on automation project progress, performance metrics, and outcomes to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process automation, with a strong track record of successful project management.
- Proficiency in automation tools and technologies, workflow automation, and scripting languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into automated solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
The work environment is a business office setting with a low noise level. The employee must be able to sit for long periods of time and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
