- Continuously optimize and enhance automation solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for automation processes, including design specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Prepare and present regular reports on automation project progress, performance metrics, and outcomes to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process automation, with a strong track record of successful project management.
- Proficiency in automation tools and technologies, workflow automation, and scripting languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into automated solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
The work environment is a business office with a low noise level. The employee must be able to sit for long periods of time and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
