Position Overview:
As a full-time, outside sales Loan Officer, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and nurturing relationships with potential clients and referral sources. Your primary responsibility will be to meet with prospective customers, analyze their financial situations, and guide them through the mortgage process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the Company's growth through proactive sales initiatives and lead generation.
- Regularly visit various communities and real estate offices to solicit new business opportunities.
- Conduct informative seminars for first-time homebuyers to foster relationships and generate leads.
- Engage in builder and realtor events to maintain and enhance client relationships.
- Meet with clients to explain our offerings, gather necessary documentation, and assist in the closing process.
- Review and follow up on leads to schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Originate and prepare mortgage applications in compliance with company policies.
- Advise clients on suitable mortgage products tailored to their individual needs.
- Monitor interest rates and lock in loans in accordance with established guidelines.
- Assist New Home Consultants with client pre-qualifications to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Achieve or surpass established sales goals and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Qualifications:
- A four-year college degree is preferred.
- Experience in loan origination is required.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
- Possession of an NMLS License in Arizona is mandatory.
