Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service while engaging with clients, vendors, and colleagues.

  • Support onboarding processes for new hires and prepare for employee orientation.
  • Organize employee engagement and team-building initiatives within budgetary constraints.
  • Collect and verify source documents for accuracy.
  • Facilitate problem resolution for both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Keep department heads informed about staffing levels and personnel matters.
  • Assist in recruiting top-tier talent and support managers in candidate screening and interviews.
  • Manage the creation, maintenance, and compliance of employee training records.
  • Oversee state and business licensing requirements.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new projects, procedures, and training programs.
  • Lead approved projects to ensure timely execution.
  • Complete special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of customer service experience is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years in team leadership and supervision is essential.
  • Demonstrated professionalism with outstanding organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding personnel matters.
  • Adaptability in a multi-managed work environment.
  • Ambitious and results-oriented with a competitive spirit.
  • Resourceful and quick to learn new products, services, and processes.
  • Strong facilitation and teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and editing.
  • An Associate's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
