Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service while engaging with clients, vendors, and colleagues.

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of customer service experience is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years in team leadership and supervision is essential.
  • Demonstrated professionalism with outstanding organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding personnel matters.
  • Adaptability in a multi-managed work environment.
  • Ambitious and results-oriented with a competitive spirit.

  • Strong facilitation and teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and editing.
  • An Associate's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
