- At least 5 years of customer service experience is required.
- A minimum of 3 years in team leadership and supervision is essential.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding personnel matters.
- Adaptability in a multi-managed work environment.

- An Associate's degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
