The successful candidate will possess a robust background in quality assurance, ideally with a minimum of 2 years in a comparable position. This role is vital for ensuring that all products adhere to the highest quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, execute, and uphold quality management systems to guarantee ongoing adherence to industry standards and client specifications.
- Steer quality assurance projects, encompassing inspection protocols, product evaluations, and internal audits.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and customer service departments to resolve quality challenges and apply corrective measures.
- Track and report on quality metrics, delivering regular updates to upper management.
- Educate and guide personnel on quality protocols and standards.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives to boost product quality and operational effectiveness.
- Address and resolve customer grievances and non-conformance issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and industry guidelines.

- Stay informed about the latest advancements in quality management and best practices.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within a manufacturing context.
- Comprehensive knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory standards.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Experience with Keyence Measurement Equipment.
- Understanding of GD&T principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for data analysis and effective solution implementation.
- Strong leadership and communication capabilities.
- Proficient in quality management software and tools.
- Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
