Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Source Recruitment Solutions, LLC. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our food manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) protocols.
  • Supervise and train QA staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance in a food production manufacturing plant.
  • 3+ years of supervisory/management experience with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and state regulations.
  • HACCP, SQF certification, and training.
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
