Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at CHI Saint Joseph Mount Sterling. As a Multi Modality Technologist, you will be responsible for performing computed tomography, MR, Mammography, and/or diagnostic scans in accordance with established practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain patient history, explain routine procedures, and address patient concerns.
  • Maintain patient records and files.
  • Perform procedures to ensure quality patient care in accordance with Radiologist's expectations and protocols.
  • Support and report any identified compliance matters.
  • Participate in hospital and department quality assurance programs to ensure safety and satisfaction.
  • Maintain professional development and education for technical competency.
  • Use standard precautions and PPE at all times.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and licensure for current position.
  • Attend all CHI Saint Joseph Health required educational programs as well as all Learn modules.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Possess and maintain certification by the American Registry of Radiologic technologist (ARRT) in 2 Pathways not including Radiography (R).
  • State of Kentucky License required.
  • BLS upon hire.
