Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residential clients at the front desk with sales of parts and remotes, while troubleshooting any customer issues.
- Input new customer data, line items, and purchase orders into the system.
- Handle incoming phone calls and service inquiries.

- Associate's degree or a minimum of three years of experience in customer service.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred.

Compensation:
