Sales Support Specialist

Stefanini Group is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support the Services and Solutions portfolio for our client's dealer network, national accounts, leasing network, and customers using Connected Services.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate quoting, ordering, and invoicing activities for Connected Services Portfolio Process
- Maintain customer data required for Connected Services activation
- Provide product and billing support to dealers and customers in a timely manner
- Compile data needed from sales systems for statistical reports
- Support the launch of new service offerings
- Bachelor's Degree in applicable field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years' experience in operations, sales support, and/or program or account management
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new IT systems
- Knowledge of heavy-duty distribution channels and OEM dealer structures
