At PRP Wine International, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Branch Manager Trainee to join our team. As a Branch Manager Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn all facets of our company and the position, with training occurring in our Tampa office over a 6-month period.

During your training, you will learn about our company's approach to wine enjoyment at home, our unique service, and our commitment to providing the best wines at competitive prices. You will also gain knowledge about our events, such as Boat Cruises, Food and Wine Tastings, Warehouse Sales, Hotel Wine Tastings, Exhibitions, Virtual Wine Tastings, and other unique educational events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn all facets of the company and the position
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and wine consultants
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Participate in community functions and events
  • Relocate to a new market after 6 months of training
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must be willing to relocate after 6 months of training
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of B2B or B2C sales experience preferred
  • Experience hiring and training new talent is a plus
  • Wine knowledge is a plus
