Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate inventory management and control, including cycle counts and spot checks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, including scheduling, appointments, and facility management.
  • Develop and maintain budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of driving sales and operational excellence.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, with experience in inventory management and control.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with a strong understanding of company policies and practices.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with at least two years of retail experience in a similar industry.
  • Experience in kitchen design, preferably with 20/20 Design software.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
