The Customer Service Operations Lead plays a critical role in leading the sales floor, coaching and developing direct reports, performance management, and selling to drive top-line sales. This includes supporting operational excellence, maintaining visual standards, payroll management, and merchandise availability. Key responsibilities include leading company values, delivering exceptional customer experiences, conducting associate observations, and independently managing labor hours.
