Job Description:

This position will be responsible for assisting with the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of our customer experience and operations frameworks across the INX platform.

As a key member of the Platform Operations team, you will provide INX customers with exceptional customer service through our established inbound and outbound channels.

You will collaborate with colleagues to manage the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CX platforms, especially within Zendesk.

Actively engage across INX to promote a culture of continuous improvement within our customer service and operations functions.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience working in a front-line customer service role at a broker-dealer, bank, or trading platform.

A great communicator and able to navigate external and internal stakeholder requests.

The salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
