Qualifications:

Current New Jersey Certified Nurse Aide Certification

·

Basic Computer Proficiency

Responsibilities:

Monitor and document vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse, as required by healthcare staff

Assist patients with medication reminders and nutritional supplements as necessary

·

Demonstrate the ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with team leaders and managers

·

Provide supportive patient care, which may include delivering ice packs and dressings to alleviate discomfort during therapy sessions

·

Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, caregivers, and nursing staff, to process essential information

·

Carefully track and record patients' food intake, as well as urinary and fecal output, to be communicated with key medical and nursing personnel
