Position: Tableau Architect

Location: Tampa, FL

Job Overview:

  • Over 15 years of experience in delivering Business Intelligence solutions, with a minimum of 9 years in OLTP & OLAP database modeling (Dimension models).
  • Proficient in Relational Database Concepts and Flat File processing methodologies.
  • Passionate about engaging in Software Development Lifecycles/Methodologies, particularly Agile.
  • Committed to knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to communicate all aspects of job requirements, including formal documentation creation.
  • Enjoys participating in End-to-End BI Architecture and possesses strong Client Presentation skills.
  • Demonstrates experience in BI practice establishment and advocacy.
  • Holds comprehensive knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, and modern Data Management environments (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift) as well as Cloud Platforms like Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Possesses in-depth expertise in BI technologies, specifically Tableau and Power BI.
  • Experienced in executing Large Scale BI Migration projects.
  • Skilled in understanding Tableau architecture and embedded BI implementation.
  • Exhibits strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Mandatory Certification: Tableau - Desktop Certified Associate or Tableau - Desktop Certified Professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Principal Architect, you will address some of the most intricate data management challenges, enabling our clients to evolve into data-driven organizations.
  • Design and construct end-to-end BI architecture tailored to specific customer problem statements.
  • Adapt seamlessly between roles of Individual Contributor, team member, and Architect as required by each project to define, design, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Establish and recommend standards to achieve optimal performance and efficiency within Data Management ecosystems.
  • Develop and maintain the Data layer for aggregation, validation, and presentation for the reporting layer.
  • Assist in the development of reports, dashboards, and related database views.
  • Promote best BI practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability.
  • Support BI team members with technical expertise or complex systems and programming knowledge.

The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location, job level, and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Other forms of compensation may be provided as part of the overall package, such as performance-based bonuses and sales incentives.
