Trustpoint.One is currently seeking a Junior Client Relations Specialist who is detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative. The Junior Client Relations Specialist will be tasked with effectively managing communications with legal firms and claimants, ensuring a professional approach while conducting thorough reviews of documentation to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the integrity of claims data through various responsibilities, including data management.

Position Details:

  • Full-time role with a structured schedule
  • Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM
  • Contract-to-hire opportunity
  • Hybrid work model, candidates should reside in the local area

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a legal environment, including a Paralegal Certificate or relevant customer service background.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise correspondence.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with a strong emphasis on Excel capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance suitable for a legal setting.
  • Ability to handle tasks requiring significant analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex communications from legal firms and claimants regarding settlement inquiries, providing timely outreach to address questions.
  • Serve as a representative of the firm, ensuring positive interactions through both written and verbal communication.
  • Maintain professionalism in all dialogues, whether via email or phone.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with legal firms and claimants.
  • Document interactions in the designated database according to established protocols.
  • Review communications and claims to provide necessary information to legal representatives and clients.
  • Assess claims submissions for completeness and accuracy of required documentation.
  • Analyze financial and medical records, applying complex methodologies to evaluate claims.
  • Conduct research to gather relevant information on financial and medical terminology.
  • Draft correspondence to communicate decisions regarding benefits.
