Key Responsibilities

1. Greet and assist all clients and potential clients in a courteous and timely manner.
2. Maintain a clean and welcoming workspace, as this is the first impression clients have of our organization.
3. Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, walk-in inquiries, and written correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
4. Provide administrative and clerical support to management and service teams.
5. Handle financial transactions, including receivables and payables, and ensure accurate entry of information into our accounting systems and spreadsheets.
6. Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
