About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our fitness services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Engage with Members: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all members, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their fitness journey.
  • Present the Orangetheory Concept: Effectively communicate the benefits and unique features of our science-based, full-body workout to prospective members.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle phone calls, and respond to member inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Studio Tours and Introductions: Provide guided tours of our studio, introducing members to our facilities and services.
  • Working with Trainers: Collaborate with our trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Sales and Membership Growth: Identify opportunities to sell memberships and promote our services to drive business growth.
  • Member Support and Retention: Address member concerns, provide support, and work to resolve issues in a professional and objective manner.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Participate in marketing events and outreach activities to promote our brand and services.
  • Studio Maintenance: Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and well-maintained, providing a positive experience for members.
