Job Description:

Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Orange Theory. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting customers, presenting our fitness services, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with enthusiasm and energy, providing them with a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Present our fitness services to customers, highlighting the benefits of our science-based, full-body workout.
  • Sell memberships to customers, working closely with our trainers to guide them through their first Orangetheory workout.
  • Work at our front desk, answering phones and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Give studio tours, showcasing our facilities and services to potential customers.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events, helping to promote our brand and services.
  • Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our members.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • High energy and enthusiasm, with a passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Basic computer skills, with the ability to use our software and systems to manage customer interactions and sales.
