Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Representative. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for greeting members, presenting our concept, and working at our front desk to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet members with enthusiasm and energy, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Present our concept to interested consumers, highlighting the benefits of our unique workout
  • Work at our front desk, answering phones, and handling member inquiries
  • Give studio tours, showcasing our facilities and services
  • Work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first workout
  • Sell memberships and promote our services to help drive studio growth
  • Follow up with prospective clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner, resolving issues promptly
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand and services
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a safe and healthy space for our members
