About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador at Orangetheory Fitness. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, promoting our brand, and contributing to the growth and success of our studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Engaging with Members: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all members, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us.
  • Studio Tours and Introductions: Offer personalized tours of our studio, introducing members to our state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, and explaining the benefits of our science-based workout.
  • Front Desk Support: Assist with administrative tasks, answer phone calls, and provide exceptional customer service to members and prospective clients.
  • Membership Sales and Retention: Work closely with our sales team to promote membership sales and retention, ensuring a seamless experience for our members.
  • Event Participation: Participate in marketing and outreach events, helping to promote our brand and services to the local community.
  • Studio Maintenance: Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and well-maintained, creating a positive and motivating environment for our members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for fitness, and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team, be adaptable, and have a positive attitude.
