Job Title: Security Field Supervisor

Arrow Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Field Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of an assigned security guard team to ensure the safety and security of post locations and perimeters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise security guard teams to ensure adherence to company procedures, protocols, and best practices.
  • Perform regular spot-checks to posts to ensure that security guards on post assignment are performing required tasks and functions.
  • Respond swiftly to breach alerts reported by security guard staff on duty.
  • Oversee the company scheduling platform to confirm "clock-ins/clock-outs" are being completed for each scheduled shift.
  • Mentor and support security guard teams in their efforts to meet contractual obligations and exceed client expectations.
  • Follow procedures for fire prevention, property patrol, and incident reporting.
  • Adhere to all Company service and operating standards.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of security experience.
  • Valid MA Driver's license.
