Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Generate new business leads and prospects through cold calling, canvassing, and other sales activities
- Make direct sales calls and presentations to clients, educating them on the value proposition of Tradesmen International
- Register new clients, educate them on the benefits and terms of doing business with us, and collect monies owed in a timely manner
- Attend trade-related association and networking events to build relationships and generate new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and field employees
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets
- Regular and predictable attendance is essential
- Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems is a plus
