Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Generate new business leads and prospects through cold calling, canvassing, and other sales activities
  • Make direct sales calls and presentations to clients, educating them on the value proposition of Tradesmen International
  • Register new clients, educate them on the benefits and terms of doing business with us, and collect monies owed in a timely manner
  • Attend trade-related association and networking events to build relationships and generate new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and field employees
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets
  • Regular and predictable attendance is essential
  • Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems is a plus
